"Hyaluronic Serum with Vitamin C"
I picked up the hyaluronic serum with vitamin C and was let down because I couldn't get the stuff out of the pipette. It's way too thick to squeeze out. Can't really tell yet how effective this product is.

I reached out to the company with a question about a product for my kiddo. Tasha got back to me right away and was super helpful and nice. I'm really impressed with the customer service I've experienced. I just started using one of their products, which my daughter suggested. I'm sure it won't let me down, and I can't wait to drop a good review in a few days. Huge thanks to Tasha for going the extra mile. It's so nice to see a company that truly cares about its customers and isn't just in it for the cash. Kudos!

"My coffee scrubs order was a mess"
I never received my coffee scrubs; one didn’t show up at all, and the other two were 100g instead of the 200g I had requested. I reached out to their customer service three times, but got no reply. I’m done ordering from them.

"Absolutely Adore It! 🤩"
I’m a huge fan of all the items, but the scrubs take the cake for me 🤩. They leave your skin feeling super moisturized after rinsing, plus they give a nice tan effect. My second favorite has to be the hair masks - I’d totally suggest bringing them on vacation because they work wonders when your hair gets all dried out, making it smell and feel incredible! 😍

"Absolutely the finest coffee scrub I've tried!"
This coffee scrub is hands down the best I've ever used on my body. My skin felt incredibly smooth and it really helped with any dryness I was dealing with. Honestly, it felt like I didn’t even need to use moisturizer afterward since the natural ingredients kept my skin well-nourished. Grounded is a fantastic company to shop with; their communication is spot on, and I’d totally recommend getting your stuff from them. I also spotted the vitamin C at Holland and Barrett recently, and it’s definitely going on my Christmas wish list. Can’t wait to give it a go! Fingers crossed Santa comes through!

"Coconut Coffee Scrub is Amazing!"
This coffee scrub is fantastic! I've been using it since 2016. With my severe eczema, it makes my skin feel way smoother. I skip it during flare-ups since sitting in a wet shower isn't great, but when my skin is in better shape, I find it really helps keep those flare-ups at bay.
Plus, I’m a fan of the new packaging; the old paper one got wrecked in the shower.

"Truly fantastic skincare with visible results."
I genuinely adore every product I've given a shot. When they claim you'll see a change after just one use, they really mean it. I totally rely on these items, and they've worked wonders for my oily, sensitive skin. Plus, I find the prices to be quite fair. I'm always eager to experiment with new products since I haven't come across one that doesn't have an impact. Highly recommended!

"My Experience with Grounded Beard Products"
I've been trying out the beard products from Grounded - the mask, oil, and wax - and honestly, they're way better than anything else I've used. They really add volume and softness to my beard, plus it has a great scent. The customer service is top-notch too; even when I just grab a couple of items, they throw in a free sample, which is pretty cool.

"Awesome Items"
Awesome items! I've tried a bunch of their various scented scrubs, lip scrub, and hand sanitizer before, and they've all been favorites. The scrub makes my skin feel fantastic; my top pick is definitely the chocolate orange one. The only reason I didn’t give it a full 5 stars this time is that the shipping took longer than expected. I think it was due to some delays with Royal Mail, but I did contact their chat service to check on the situation and didn’t hear back.
